La Gente has a highly motivated and experienced team who are dedicated to delivering effective and successful projects and programmes on behalf of our clients. All of our team are trained and versed in our core values and go through a rigorous selection process themselves prior to joining La Gente.
La Gente believes that its personnel are the company’s most important asset and are essential to its continual growth and success. As a result, La Gente is committed to ensuring the development of its colleagues through ongoing development.
All of our onsite client teams are hand picked and are assessed to ensure that they have the right mix of skills and attributes to deliver work that is relevant to the client and more than exceeds their and their staff’s expectations.

The Directors
Sean Gibbins
Sean is one of the founding Directors of La Gente and has been at the forefront of ensuring that the company has the processes and procedures in place to deliver the highest standard of service to clients.
Prior to starting La Gente Sean was a Managing Consultant within the Professional Services sector and was previously National Sales Manager for a leading healthcare company.
Sean is a graduate of the University of Liverpool having obtained an honours degree in Pharmacology.
Outside of work Sean spends time with his young family, is a school governor and has a keen interest in rugby union, having previously played within the National Leagues and achieved county honours at all age levels.
Steven Zahab
Steven is also a founding Director of La Gente has the responsibility for Sales and Marketing and continuing client relationship management and development.
Prior to La Gente Steven was Sales and Marketing Director for the UK’s leading provider of Outsourced Solutions to the recruitment industry having previously been on the Operations Board of Corporate Services Group Industrial Division.
Steven is a graduate of the University of Liverpool having gained a Masters Degree in Advanced Manufacturing Systems and Technology and an honours degree in Physics with Materials Science.
When not working Steven enjoys spending time with his family and is a supporter of Nottingham Forest FC.
