Assessment Centres
La Gente specializes in offering the design of bespoke Assessment Centres for our clients. We have an excellent track record in the delivery of Assessment Centres across a number of industries. We are always keen with every client to have an element of knowledge transfer and can design centres that we continually run and manage on behalf of clients or alternatively we can design centres that after a period of training our clients take ownership of.
Centres that we run use a combination of different tools to assess a candidate’s suitability for the proposed role, which can include:

Permanent Recruitment
The La Gente Directors have vast experience in the recruitment of Senior professionals within a variety of sectors and competencies having worked within Industry, the Public and Consulting Sectors.
We are experts in advising on the right approach to recruitment and can advise on a number of differing issues for example; whether you should be pursuing the correct individual(s) or team(s) for your organisation via a Selection process (advertised vacancies) or via a Search process (headhunting).
As part of our recruitment portfolio we are also able to provide recruitment software that can manage your whole permanent recruitment processes. These technology services can either be proprietory or can be part of an overall hosted package of servcies delivered by La Gente.
